which is covers the eastern coast of India. Hence, it is the shortest route to
the Andaman Islands while travelling from the ports of eastern coast.

Cellular Jail National
Memorial is a place of historical importance. It was built in 1906 and held
political prisoners during the British rule. Freedom fighters were captured and
sent to this isolated jail until their death. After independence, it has been
converted into a memorial and museum. One can explore the place and even catch
the light-and-sound to show which depicts the history of the place.

Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose
Island is another place of historical importance of the Andaman Islands. Here,
one can find many remnants of the British Victorian-style architecture as it
once served as the administrative headquarters for the colonial government.

most of the time tourists behave carelessly and damage natural and marine
resources. Such tourists cause enormous damage and pollution on local land. Influx
of tourists also put the endangered species in disturbances. As pollution
increases merine life gets disturbed along with destruction of natural habitat.
All these human activities have a lasting impact on the ecology and biodiversity of a tourist spot.
