Narration Exercise - 1

NARRATION

Change the following Direct Speeches into Indirect Speeches. 

1. He said to me, "I don't spit in streets."
2. Ram said to his mother, "I did not slide the gate."
3. Mohan said to his sister, "You have torn my vest."
4. He said to me, "The police have not arrested the thief."
5. He said to me, "When will you arrive at my residence?"
6. He said to his brother, "Why are you disturbing me?"
7. The teacher said to his students, "Two and two make four."
8. He said to me, "Did you see a burning building on your way?"
9. I said to my students, "When did India get independence?"
10. The Principal said in the assembly, "Respect everyone equally."
11. Tomorrow I will tell my sister, "I have a surprise for you."
